Your VOICE has been heard! Employees who participated in the VOICE survey conducted August 8-22, 2012 shared their thoughts and opinions about how to make Banner Health an even better place to work and receive care.
Thank you for your participation in this year's VOICE survey. 2012 marks the highest participation ever at Banner. Because of you, Banner Health exceeded its employee participation goal with 87 percent of employees completing the survey. Additionally, 61 percent of employed, practicing physicians participated in the survey.
With 26,100 employees sharing their thoughts and opinions about Banner as a place to work and receive care, the real work now begins.
The final survey results were available for leaders and employees in early October 2012. Then work began to develop action plans to address identified opportunities.
